Nursery's Newest Addition

So my little buddy Zachary became old enough to join the nursery at church this month. His first Sunday was two days ago, which Adam and I have been looking forward to for some time now because having two children in Sunday School with you tends to make you wonder sometimes why you even go because you get nothing from the lesson. So I always kinda figured that Zach would go in pretty well because Ethan is still in there until January so he would have someone there so he wasn't around all these strangers with no one he knew. Anyway, we took him in and introduced him to the teachers, and he sat right down at the table and started playing with the puzzles that they had out,and I stayed with him and Ethan until they were done with their puzzles. Then I told Zach it was time for me to go and asked for a kiss which he quickly gave and then with a short little wave ran off with the other kids to play with the toys that were now being pulled out. The kid didn't even look back or care that I left! Ok, I was kinda sad about that. Don't get me wrong I was glad for the teachers that he went in so good, but I was very sad that my babies are all growing up so quickly....atleast I still have Hunter to love on for another year. Adam even looked in on Zach through the window and Zach saw him started laughing and then continued on with his playing. I love that kid so much!

I'm glad Zachary made it to nursery and was ok! WHat a great kid you have to be happy with nursery and not screaming the whole time! Don't get to sad though, save that for when they start going to school, that is REALLY sad . . . . . .
